I got these papers from a US seller and I love them! THey have a sparkle to them which is very suble and easy to work with. I don't know the brand as they came in a pack with other papers. However they fit perfectly for two layouts I wanted to make. One of my daughters has the most amazing hair and the other has the most gorgeous blue eyes and these papers fit just right!
