BEESY AT 9 MONTHS

So baby numero 3 decided to make his appearance 10 days ago after an epic 30 hour labour... who said labour with 3rd babies are easier? Hence the lack in scrapping! However, 10 days is a loooong time for me to be absent from my scrappy items so last night I got to scrapping this one
for a challenge over at Scrapbookers Annoynymous using tags. I kept it simple as I did not know how long I had!!!! Was great fun to get scrapping again!

Becoming a Mom

So one day past my due date and I am still scrapping away, although I am not averagin 2 a night anymore! I saw a challenge over at Scrapbookers Anonymous which called for using the letter B, which was great as is not difficult for me at this stage to do.
Since Babies are very much on my mind at the moment I decided to do a layout about Becoming a Mom with some Butterfly transparancy. I put some hidden journalling at the back secured by a butterfly clip. So in this case I used the letter B for my title and Butterflies. It is a great challenge to do as it gives one alot of freedom to play around. Every month they have a letter for the alphabet so I can see myself doing this one again and again! I includd some Prima flowers, BG stitched brads and Crate chipboard

Vovo turns 92!

I love doing double page layouts because then it means I don't need to choose pictures!! I can use all of them!! HURRAY! However....I do find them more difficult to make so I tend to keep them as simple as possible and use my tried-and-tested light background cardstock.
This one is following a challenge over at Scrapbookers Anonymous who are having a chipboard challenge at the moment. As with all other scrappy things I tend to accumulate lots of bare chipboard or chipboard resist and never get around to using them. For here I used chipboard title and some Tattered Angels Chipboard resist shapes. I sprayed and inked them to reveal the flower shapes. Since this layout is about my gran who turned 92 I kept it very feminine and vintage. I used Webster's Pages and Prima flowers as well
